Deal with the Devil

Ralph had always wished to be a beautiful woman, but he had long ago given up any hopes. After all, it's not like men ever just randomly changed gender. Besides, with his overweight body, he doubt he'd be a very attractive woman if he just changed gender somehow. But one day a man in a red suit gave him an offer: to transform him into the woman of his dreams. Ralph had seen far too many movies to be fooled so easily. This guy was the devil, and there had to be a catch. However, there didn't appear to be any upon reading the contract. Ralph wouldn't just get to be a woman, but he could specify all the details. He wouldn't have to give up his soul, but he would have to try and use his newfound attractiveness to recruit other souls. However, he would never lose control of his body; the decisions on how would always be his. There was a uniform he was required to wear while hunting for souls, which did make him feel a little silly, but he ultimately agreed. The whole thing was ultimately a very good deal.
