Christmas shopping

Christmas was only a few days away, and John's girlfriend was dragging him all around while she did her shopping. At one point, he knew he needed a break, he sat down on a couch at a department store. A woman sat down next to him. She smiled, asking him how the day was going. He told her that he was exhausted, but he still had hours left. She told him that she had just finished, and now she was about to go home to spend some time with her family. He sighed, telling her that he wished he was in her situation. Then in a rather surreal moment, John could've sworn he saw his own body stand up and walk away. Then he looked down at his own body to discover that he had swapped bodies with the woman! He had her body! Did this mean he was done with shopping? He started to get excited until his girlfriend came over as if nothing was wrong and demanded he get back on his feet and continue to help her.
