Rob walked to the ocean. The waves felt good on his new smooth skin. He knelt down to feel them crash on his knees and shins. They were warm and comforting, and he felt good about going further in. As he went deeper, he nearly giggled as he felt his chest float. The laughter's feminine nature made him feel uncomfortable. Had he adapted to this new body already? Maybe it was part of the curse.

Grades

Denise had always been one of Mr. Mitchell's prize students, but lately her grades had fallen sharply. He requested to see her after school, and he tried to lecture her about the importance of good grades. She stared directly into his eyes as he talked. He looked right back. But then in mid-sentence, something weird happened. He realized that instead of looking into Denise's eyes, he was looking into his own. Denise hadn't been letting her grades slipped because she stopped caring,, she had done it to outsmart Mr. Mitchell for a chance to steal his body!

Walk it off

Thomas didn't know what to do when the Great Shift happened. He stood on the street with his soul now inside a new and unfamiliar body. The feminine body with clothes that felt weird to him, shoes that pinched his feet, and bangs that fell in his face just seemed all too unreal. For the time being, he just decided to walk, hoping that whatever caused the swap would reverse itself, that he would wake up from this nightmare, or that he would simply hope to feel comfortable with his new self. Over time, the latter did happen--but not over the course of a single walk.

Guitar

John wasn't a particularly great guitarist. In fact, his band was about to kick him out--but that was before the Great Shift happened. With John now in the body of a smokin' hot babe, the rest of his band felt they could let his poor skills slide. They actually started to develop crushes on him. Apparently, their fans did as well. They noticed since the Shift that more and more people were coming to see their shows--but perhaps more accurately, they were coming to see John.

Rob took a deep breath in before existing the hotel for the beach. He was wearing a bikini he found in the woman's suitcase, and he felt so exposed. He knew this was a feeling he'd have to get used to. He heard a rude comment from some guy on the beach. He sighed; he'd probably have to get used to that too. He thought about just running back to his room, but instead he took another deep breath. This was his new body now; he could do this.

Hands

George looked down at his hands. They were shaking. After what had just happened to him, it was no wonder. His soul had been sucked out of his body and shoved inside of a different one. His hands were now small and dainty; they had painted nails. He knew these hands were not his own; he knew this body wasn't his own...but it was his now.

Bolt

A strange bolt of lightning hit the pool at the resort, swapping the bodies of everyone in the water. Sean was freaking out, as were almost everyone else in the pool. How would he explain this to his wife, who was back in their room? And the woman in his body? Well, she was certainly not any calmer.

Real

"This isn't real!" Shirley exclaimed reaching her hand up, "This can't possibly be real!"

"Oh, it's real." Neil smiled as he lifted his hand to meet hers, "We've swapped bodies. You've always talked about how curious you were to feel what it was like to be a man. And honestly, I've been a little more than curious about being a woman, so for the next week we'll be in each other's bodies."

Shirley nearly cried, "This is the best anniversary gift ever! Thank you!"

Problems

Chuck hadn't remembered math being this hard! He knew it was cheating, but in order to ensure his daughter get into a good college, he agreed to switch bodies with her to take her finals. He breezed through English, but math was totally stumping him. If he flunked this, it wouldn't just ruin his daughter's future. She'd be angry and likely leave him stuck in her body. This would be bad all around unless he could remember how to do these problems!

The tour group returned to the resort, where everyone decided it would be a good idea to switch luggage, so they would have clothes that fit their new bodies. The first thing Rob did was dig through the suitcase. He changed into something more modest, but he sighed as he looked at his reflection. For starters, this wasn't just the most modest thing that the woman brought with her--it was the ONLY modest thing she had brought with her. Everything else was so revealing. Plus, even though he wanted to dress like this, it was way too hot to be walking around outside with long sleeves and a turtleneck. With currently no hope of switching back to his own body, he figured he should probably get used to the other clothes in the suitcase.

Repairs

Mario had been responding to some emergency gas and electrical repairs at the Bikini Beach clubhouse. He was one of the few men to ever set foot on the sands as a man. He was taken back by the number of beautiful woman lounging about--with no men in sight, he figured he had pretty good odds. Of course, while his eyes were looking at the ladies, he wasn't paying much attention to his work. A small fire broke out and spread to his sleeve. He quickly made his way to the showers to put it out--quickly discovering the transformative powers of the water. Now he understood why there were only women on the beach!

Drug rehab

While the Great Shift was an awkward or uncomfortable situation for many, for Brad it was downright awful. In an instant, he had gone from his suburban Los Angeles home to a crack den downtown. He was in the body of an addict, and the addiction was surely taking a toll on this body. He needed help, but he couldn't stop himself from smoking. Tomorrow, he told himself. Tomorrow would be the day he entered drug rehab for this problem. He was sure he wouldn't be the only one.

Laser hair removal

For the past twenty years, Doug Cranston has been working hard in Washington DC to lobby members of Congress. The job often disgusted him. He felt like a hypocrite; often pushing disgusting anti-gay legislation despite his secret desire to become a woman. He had thought about undergoing surgery and getting laser hair removal, but even if he did so, he felt like he would never be a real woman--and it would severely undercut the ability to do his lobbying job!

His prayers were seemingly answered by the Great Shift, when everyone in the world switched bodies and Doug found himself in a woman's body. On a professional level, it was strange. He had expected the experience to give people more tolerance, but it was exactly the opposite. The folks that payed him seemed more intent than ever to pass legislation encouraging traditional gender roles. On a personal level, Doug was surprised at just how hairy some women were! He had to shave his legs every day. It was only about a month before he decided to shell out the money for some laser treatment to remove most of the hair on his body permanently. It was all worth it; in the end, he loved his female body, especially how smooth the laser hair removal made his legs!

The tour group attempted to get closer to the ruins, in hopes of finding some way to reverse their swapped bodies. However, it seemed like a strange force prevented them from getting too close. Rob, still having a fairly young and healthy body, made it pretty far without getting tired. It was a strange feeling as he got closer. He realized he was the only one still walking. He simply stopped and sat down. He couldn't even explain to himself why he was giving up; it just felt like the right thing to do at that moment. Going closer to the ruins by himself probably wouldn't do any good, right? What was he trying for? It was like a wave of acceptance came over his body. He might as well join up with the rest of the group and go back to his resort--he'd be stuck in this body for the foreseeable future.

What a difference

What a difference a day makes! Yesterday, Vince was two payments behind on his mortgage, had plenty of loans taken out that he couldn't pay, and didn't have a job to pay for any of it. He prayed for it to all go away, and it did. The next morning he woke up in the body of someone else--a very rich someone else! He found himself in a giant bed in a huge mansion. He also found that he now had two breasts hanging from his chest. He was a woman--so what? He was also a woman with a private yacht! As he started to set sail while lounging on deck in a bikini, a cell phone rang. He knew the number. It was his own. He decided not to answer, but it kept ringing and ringing. Finally, he got sick of it and demanded the captain sail far enough off shore to be out of range of cell towers. He watched as the signal slowly faded, and the calls finally stopped.

Erica absolutely hated having to take pictures, even though her mother, Kristina, had insisted on making her take them.

One day, Erica was looking through a shopping catalog and found something that could solve her picture problem. She soon ordered the SwapTron5000, a new machine by Swap Co.

A few weeks later, Kristina wanted to take some more photos of her daughter again. She was soon dumbfounded at how well Erica was posing. Little did she know, that earlier Erica had switched bodies with her puppy Rascal to avoid having to take pictures. Erica watched in enjoyment as her body was happily posing while she didn't have to do any of it.

After about 45 minutes of picture taking, Kristina had asked what she assumed what was her daughter, "Do you know what you want for dinner tonight?"

Erica watched in anticipation on how her pet would react. She saw her old body happily respond, "Steak!"

Kristina then said back, "Ok Erica"

"Sweet! Mom didn't even know it wasn't me, I wonder what other things Rascal could do in my place", Erica thought to herself.

Magic trick

Samantha looked down at her brother Will with a flame of fury in her eyes. He had told her that she wanted to show her a magic trick, so she watched as he got into a straight jacket and suspended himself upside-down from a doorway. He hung there for about 10 minutes with his eyes closed.

"So, where's the trick?" Samantha finally asked.

Then there was a rush of blood to her head. She was soon looking down at her own body with its tongue stuck out.

"That's the trick!" Will laughed from inside his sister's body.

"You jerk! Let me down! NOW!" She screamed.

"Not until you let me agree to keep your body for a week! I could keep it for longer; it's not like you have any idea how I swapped our bodies!"

Insurance policy

It was the week before finals, and Chad had bought the bodyswap spell as an insurance policy. He needed to pass all his finals or he'd flunk out of college. He studied hard, but when he got his grades back the results weren't good. His parents wouldn't pay for another semester, so he felt swapping bodies with someone was his only option for a better future. Figuring he'd get the best bang for his buck by swapping with the Valedictorian, he chanted the spell moments before graduation. It took a moment as he heard the name "Gabrielle Winslow" for him to realize that the speaker was referring to him now. He stood up on stage with a smile, accepting the diploma, and thankful for his new life.

Marvel

For several hours after the Great Shift, all Marc could do was marvel at his new body. He spent over an hour just staring at his new feet and legs. It was so weird for him to see such slender legs encased in tight leather pants and to realize that he was the one in control of those legs! It was fascinating!

Normal

John was well aware that the outfit he decided to wear was ridiculous. A normal woman would probably never pick anything like it to wear on a normal day. But this wasn't a normal day, and he wasn't a normal woman. Hell, he wasn't a woman at all! He had just woken up as one this morning! He didn't know why, but from the second he realized it, he decided he wanted to explore it for all it was worth. After all, he had no idea if he'd still be a woman when he woke up tomorrow--he might go back to being himself.

Despite feeling completely uncomfortable being in his sister's body, he soon felt compelled to pick up many of her habits. Every once and a while, he would just get up, go to the bathroom, and check on his makeup. He liked making sure it looked perfect, and even stranger was that he seemed to have the knowledge of how to make it look perfect. He was aware of it, but it was just instinctual to him for some reason.

Ruins

Rob was visiting Central America with a small group of tourists from the United States. Their tour guide was inexperienced and gotten them lost. They stumbled upon a set of ruins that did not appear to be on the map. A few gray clouds started circling, and that's when things got strange. Everyone is the group found themselves in the body of someone else in the group. Rob ended up in the body of a blond woman with big breasts and tiny shorts. At first he cursed his luck, but then he realized this body was probably the best out of the group. He could've wound up in the bodies of one of the recently retired people in the group or in the body of the severely overweight guy. Still, he wished he hadn't swapped bodies at all!

Never expected

"When you wished that I could know what you were feeling with this pregnancy, I guess someone was listening!" Justin huffed from his wife Nancy's body.

"I'm sorry, Honey! It was an idle wish! I never would've expected us to swap bodies!"

"It's okay! Me neither! But it's happened, and now...I think this baby's coming out!"

Justin began to panic. He was going to be the one giving birth to their baby!
